Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition, including all tags and packaging, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the items are returned in the same condition they were received.
Non-returnable items:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Intimate wear, swimwear, or hosiery (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: To start the return process, please email our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack your return items and ensure that the RA number is included in the package. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any discounts applied to your order may be reversed in the refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement for defective items.
Late Returns
Any returns received after the 14-day return period will not be eligible for a refund. However, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit for eligible late returns.
International Returns
For international orders, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
